Two-Day Placement Fit Training

Department of Management Studies in association with Training and Skill Development organized the two-day placement training program on August 01 & 02, 2024 at MBA Seminar Hall. The Placement fit training program proved to be a comprehensive and invaluable experience for all participants. The first day, led by Mr.Jayesh CEO and Chief Mentor of Jay’s Academy, provided critical insights into resume building and the intricacies of answering common interview questions, equipping participants with the tools to present their qualifications effectively. The second day, under Mr. Marcus’s Trainer, Fay Walk Foundation guidance, focused on the equally important soft skills, including communication, group discussion strategies, and the art of making a strong first impression. MBA Students left the program with a deeper understanding of what employers seek in them and how to navigate the complexities of the interview process with confidence and poise. The blend of technical know-how and soft skill development ensured that students were not only prepared to present their qualifications on paper but also to communicate their value effectively in person.
