Connect with Work Training Program, conducted by Trainer Thomas Kingston, was a productive and engaging session. The day began with an ice-breaking session to foster a positive learning environment and build rapport among the participants. The agenda for the day included expectation setting and an overview of the organization structure of Barclays.
Out of the 65 registered participants, 58 attended the training session on Day 1. The high attendance rate indicates the enthusiasm and commitment of the participants towards the program.
