The Workshop on DevOps Fundamentals: Bridging Development and Operations was successfully conducted on 10-01-2026 with the objective of introducing students to modern DevOps practices by the Department of Computer Science and Engineering. The session was handled by Er. Rhea, Associate Consultant at Infosys, who explained the core principles of DevOps and its role in improving collaboration between development and operations teams. Key topics such as continuous integration, continuous delivery, automation, and monitoring were discussed with real-time industry examples. The resource person also highlighted popular DevOps tools and workflows used in enterprise environments. Participants actively interacted during the session and gained practical insights into DevOps culture and practices. The workshop was well organized under the coordination of Dr. E. Manohar, with overall guidance from Dr. Y. Harold Robinson, HOD/CSE.
