Training and development of FXEC that introduces the first year engineering students to various courses and prepare them for doing training it at a higher level. Every student gets an experience and practice in various areas through a series of foundation courses in one month at the starting of her /his graduate study. At the end of the foundation courses every engineering student should become well acquainted with various fundamental engineering areas by attending the foundation courses.
Faculty Initiative skills refer to Faculty ability to assess recent / current trends in their area and take skill for the betterment of the students without direction from someone else. This type of skill will help our students to have keen experience in new technology and current trends in various engineering areas which will help them to perform better in theirfuture workplace.
Mandatory skills are those skills which are essential for an engineering student to be able to be fit into the job in core /IT company.These are necessary to ensure that an engineering student has a certain iota of any job that he is going to enter.
It is important for higher education institutions to supplement the curriculum to make students better prepared to meet industry demands as well as develop their own interests and aptitudes. Every year apart from the curriculum each department conduct Value added training courses and the qualified students are certified.
Placement training plays a major role in shaping up the career goals of students. It is the dream of every engineering student to get placed in a top organization visiting their campus for recruitment. Keeping this key aspect into consideration, it is realized that training is important for engineering students to enhance their employability skills and achieve good placement in various Industries. At present, the competition for employment is increasing every day and placement has become a challenging task. Training of students and equipping them with life skills has become an important responsibility of the institution. Along with technical expertise, development of a holistic personality is also necessary. To meet out these requirements, a fully fledged training cell is operating in our college to enhance the capabilities of engineering graduates on par with the industry standards.
Students are encouraged to take part in Mini and Main Project competitions from their I year. Every student is grouped under one project mentor. The project mentor gives real-time problems and the students are asked to address the problem through their project work. Inter departmental Project Expo is conducted every year in the month of March. Students and faculties are highly appreciated to publish their works in any journals, Conference and competitions. The purpose of the GATE Academy is to test students knowledge and understanding of their under Graduate level subjects in Engineering and Science. Special Training is given to the students from their IInd year onwards.

Keep this in mind, Our FXEC-Training and Skill Development started a language academy for our students to take up a new language at some point in their life.
A resume is a vital tool in a job search since it provides you with a page or two to highlight the candidate’s best and most relevant abilities and attributes. In order to bring out our student’s abilities and attributes, FXEC-TSD planned to conduct Resume Based Interview for UG and PG students. It is conducted for all students in every month. All Students get benefited from attending by this kind of Resume Based Interview.
